For the past 25 years, Lamm Rubenstone has embraced the connection of two practices because we realize that business owners, bankers and individuals in addition to corporate and lending institutions have legal needs that require proficient counsel. Anthony Lamm has been voted by his peers for three consecutive years as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer and is a frequent Speaker at National Equipment Leasing and Lending events as well as a well-recognized author in these fields. Lamm Rubenstone's Creditors' Rights department surpasses most, if not all, other area firms in size and capability. Brian Smith manages Foreclosure, Landlord-Tenant and Title Defense at Lamm Rubenstone and is frequently selected to present Educational Seminars in these fields. Co-founder of the firm, Edward Rubenstone was also recognized by his peers as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer for his success and skill in General Litigation and is known for large verdicts and sophisticated lawyering. The General Litigation group encompasses Medical Malpractice, Commercial Litigation, Estate Litigation, Class Actions, Employment, and Personal Injury, also co-chaired by veteran, Stephen David. Our Real Estate, Business Transactions and Intellectual Property groups are headed by veteran, Stephen Levin, who offers over 35 years of related experience in documenting secured lending, including SBA, and equipment leasing transactions.
