Biography
Debra Klebanoff has over 25 years’ experience as a commercial litigator, representing diverse clients in a wide variety of areas including debtor and creditor rights, contract disputes, business torts, restrictive covenants, real estate, construction, bankruptcy, class actions, insurance and consumer regulation. 

Debra lives with her husband and children in West Mt. Airy, Philadelphia.  She has been active at her children’s schools, the Germantown Friends School and the William Penn Charter School, and serves on various committees of the Board of the Philadelphia Theatre Company.

Experience
Debra began practicing law at the Philadelphia firm Wolf, Block, Schorr and Solis-Cohen, where she became a partner in 1991. In 1998, she withdrew from the firm to raise her three children and maintain her law practice on a solo and contract basis.  Debra has also taught upper level Civil Procedure at Temple Law School.  She joined Lamm Rubenstone in 2007.

Bar Admissions
Debra is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.

Education
Ms. Klebanoff graduated with distinction from Pennsylvania State University with a B.A. in English.  After teaching English, she became a Regulations Analyst for the Federal Reserve Bank, where she counseled member banks on compliance with consumer regulations. Debra then attended Temple University School of Law, where she served as Associate Pennsylvania Projects Editor of the Temple Law Quarterly, and was a summer law clerk for the Honorable Daniel H. Huyett, III, of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.  She graduated from Temple magna cum laude in 1983.
