Lyndsay concentrates her practice in commercial litigation and creditor's rights. She serves a wide range of clients, including banks and corporations, in areas such as:
- Equipment leasing, finance and recovery
- Bankruptcy and reorganizations
- Debt restructuring and workouts
- Secured transactions
- Residential / Commercial foreclosures
- Fair Debt Collection Practices Act
Lyndsay has experience in both state and federal courts in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Prior to relocating to the Philadelphia area in 2010, Lyndsay practiced law at Weltman, Weinberg & Reis in their Pittsburgh office and focused her practice in creditor's rights, real estate transactions and litigation. Lyndsay also has been involved with Allegheny County's VIP Program in which she presented a program on the importance of wills, powers of attorney and other important documents at senior centers. She has also been involved with the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and served as one of Pittsburgh's Fifty Finest in 2008. |
