Biography
Born in Key West, Florida, Mr. Schwartz is a keen adventurer. Mr. Schwartz holds an F.A.A. Private Pilot license for both power planes and gliders, is a certified scuba diver, rock climber and mountaineer, and competes in Ironman and shorter distance triathlons throughout the United States. Mr. Schwartz has been a resident of Glenside, Pennsylvania since 1980.

A commercial litigator since 1988, Mr. Schwartz’s career has led him to both the plaintiff and defense sides of employment law. This unique perspective, paired with a breadth of commercial litigation experience in both federal and state courts has equipped him to effectively and efficiently handle an extensive range of legal issues. Mr. Schwartz was also the attorney of record with respect to a Petition for Writ of Certiorari before the Supreme Court of the United Stated regarding an issue of commercial law of national significance.
