Frank Tobolsky

IN BRIEF: Frank Tobolsky, a partner with
Lamm Rubenstone, LLC, focuses his practice in commercial real
estate and business transactions (sales and acquisitions),
office and shopping center leasing, development, financing,
loan documentation and loan workouts. After graduating law
school, Frank worked with a large Philadelphia firm and then
as general counsel with a South Florida developer. Before
joining the Firm, Frank headed his own boutique real estate
practice for more than 15 years.
EXPERIENCE: Frank has negotiated and closed
many commercial and real estate loans for lenders, and counseled
small businesses and entrepreneurs in business acquisitions
and financing. With 20 years of experience to his credit,
Frank successfully negotiated local as well as anchor tenant
leases, and also landlord-tenant disputes. He published articles
in The Philadelphia Inquirer, The Practical Real Estate Lawyer
and The Legal Ingelligencer. Mr. Tobolsky authored standard
residential lease forms to comply with Pennsylvania's Plain
Language Consumer Contract Act (published by Blumberg’s Law

Bar Association’ Landlord Tenant Law Committee, and edited
the Philadelphia Bar Association's Real Estate Lawyer newsletter.
