Steve and Ed won a significant victory in the Third Circuit Court of Appeals on behalf of a severely injured client whose insurance company had denied his claim for benefits based on three specific exclusions in his insurance policy. Each of these three exclusions had been uniformly upheld in the reported case law. However, Steve and Ed were able to convince the federal appellate court that none of the exclusions applied, which opened the door for our client to make his claim for compensation.

as a fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America
, a trial lawyer honorary society open to less than 1 percent
of trial lawyers, judges and law professors nationwide.
Fellowship is by invitation only, according to a press release
from the firm.
